FreeSMS ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service at free-otp-receive.com.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information to our designated DMCA agent:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. DMCA Agent
Please send DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent via our contact page. Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
