Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FreeSMS website at free-otp-receive.com (the "Service") operated by FreeSMS ("us," "we," or "our").

FreeSMS provides free temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS messages and OTP verification codes. The phone numbers displayed on the Service are shared and publicly accessible. All messages received on these numbers are visible to anyone who visits the corresponding number page.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Use the numbers for fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use the Service for sending spam, phishing, or malicious content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Use the numbers for financial services, banking, or cryptocurrency account verification where doing so violates the platform's terms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Availability or uptime of any phone number
  • Delivery of SMS messages to any number
  • Compatibility with any specific service or platform
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Service

Numbers may go offline at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific number will remain active or that messages will be delivered.

5. Privacy and Shared Numbers

All phone numbers on FreeSMS are shared and public. Do not use these numbers for any private or sensitive communications. Any SMS message received on a number is publicly visible to all users. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the public nature of these numbers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FreeSMS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any messages received or not received through the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FreeSMS. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. These ads may use cookies and similar technologies. Your interactions with these advertisements are governed by the respective advertiser's privacy policy and terms of service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeSMS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
